With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, our Managing Director, Paul Mullen heads up Clyde Copiers which partners and compliments Highland Copiers established in 2013.

Clyde Copiers is located at Technology House, 9 Newton Place in Glasgow ensuring we are the best placed and have the infrastructure in place to ensure fast efficient delivery of all service requirements, toners and consumables across the Glasgow and Clyde areas including the central belt of Scotland. We are able to assist our national customers across the whole country with our partner presence and further bases in Inverness, Elgin and Aberdeen completing our coverage of Scotland.

We promise to respond to your request as soon as possible, we like to keep our clients updated with our progress every step of the way and we always promise to go the extra mile. Our equipment comes with a full bed of remote monitoring software allowing us to monitor your needs such as meter readings and consumables automatically. This generates a service call directly to our office when the life of such consumable units has reached 10% remaining or lower and allows us to pro-actively maintain your equipment with minimal administration from you the customer.
Our Customers can simply telephone where your call will always be answered by a knowledgeable local member of our team from within our own office, we believe we offer a very different service to what many national organisations offer. At Clyde Copiers your call will always be answered by our team of happy administration call handlers. Should you wish, our customers can also log calls via our website make ordering toners, requesting an engineer, submitting meter readings and find out current special offers at the click of a button. Our engineers have a vast range of experience in the digital print and document scan industry. Our team receive continual training at the dedicated Develop training school in West Yorkshire. Our Engineers are trained on the full range of multifunctional devices, from our new recruits to our engineers with over 40 years’ experience, we take pride in our high service support.
No Tie-ins
We offer our customers agreements with the ability to not be tied into a contract term. We can tailor service offers on a pay only for what you use bi-monthly or quarterly in arrears, with no fixed term. We also offer options on agreements that do not have any early termination service charges. All of our service agreements cover all service, labour, toner, parts emergency call outs, IT support and remote monitoring. Clyde Copiers partners Highland Copiers Ltd has become the first photocopier supplier to have been recognised on a national level by industry magazine Print-IT where it was awarded UK dealer of the year (up to 5m turnover category) for its high service standards whilst operating in such a large geographical and challenging area whilst offering such transparent ethical service agreements. Clyde Copiers along with Highland Copiers has signed up to the UK Government SME climate pledge working towards net zero carbon emissions by 2030.
